Overview

Fondo Soreo I is a closed-end real estate investment fund* for qualified investors with a value-added style of investment.

The product was launched on 19 December 2006 and was the first such vehicle presented to the market following the entrance of the Sopaf Group as a Polis Fondi shareholder.

The first closing was underwritten entirely by the Sopag Group by seeding properties and paying in cash.

The goal of the fund is to increase the capital value of the assets under management through portfolio development, restructuring, and trading.
As of 31 December 2007, the fund’s portfolio included the following:

a 15% stake in Immobiliare Appia 2005 S.r.l. – This company owns and manages a portfolio of properties in Rome
a 25.5% stake in Firanegocios S.L. – This Spanish firm is carrying out a prestigious real estate development project in Barcelona
a 50% stake CO.SE S.r.l. – This company owns a property complex on Lake Como
