Description
These buildings are usually located in craftworks or industrial areas of town, strictly close to junctions enabling easy access by lorries. The building complexes are of an industrial type, in prefabricated vibrated cement concrete, with annexes for office use in regular masonry. Freezers are made in sandwich-type isolating panelled outer shells (aluminium, polystyrene or similar) ensuring maintenance of a temperature of roughly -30° C. An annexed freezer control panel, with ammonium compressors, ensures suitable thermohygrometric conditions as required for the storage of products. Offices and logistics areas are at any rate independent. Every building also has utility rooms for loading staff, climate-controlled loading docks at intermediate temperature (5°C), sheltered and unsheltered parking areas.
