Performance
The fund’s management company has set an annual minimum compound net earnings target of 5% (the target yield) upon liquidation of Fondo Polis.
In the event this yield target is surpassed, the management company will receive a performance commission in the amount of 20% of the earnings in excess of this target. Final fund performance is to be based on the following factors:
- Income on rents and lease payments on the properties owned by the fund
- Gains on the sale of property owned by the fund
- Income on other investment activities
