Polis Fund
Fondo Polis was the first fund that Polis Fondi SGR launched and presented to the market.
Placement of the fund’s units took place between 14 February and 20 May 2000, and commitments were called in on 17 June 2000.
Units began trading on the MTF segment of the screen-based Mercato Telematico Azionario (MTA) of the Milan stock exchange on 19 April 2001.
Fondo Polis targets retail and qualified investors, and the following in particular:
- individuals, businesses and institutional investors
- investors with a low propensity for risk
- investors with medium to long-term earnings objectives
- investors who wish to properly diversify their portfolios by turning to the real estate market
Currently, investment in the fund takes place by purchasing units on the MTF segment of the Milan stock exchange, which is managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A. The buying and selling of units can be done through the investor’s preferred financial institution.
