As a whole, the management team of Polis Fondi SGR has, over the last 8 years with the company and in prior professional positions, launched* and managed** 12 real estate investment funds, for a total net asset value of some €2.0 billion, and completed some 70* investments.
The Management Team Professionals' contribution to the overall Italian Real Estate Fund market has been of about:
- 19% - if measured based on number of Publicly Listed Fund;
- 13% - if measured based on number Fund Reserved to Qualified Investors;
- 10% - if measured based on Funds' Net Asset Value.
