Polis Fondi Immobiliari di Banche Popolari S.G.R.p.A., a real estate investment fund management company established in 1998 and listed with the Bank of Italy’s register of asset management companies in 1999, is the result of an initiative of Unione Fiduciaria and 14 banks as part of the renewed vitality in the real estate industry and in response to growing demand for diversification and balance in investment portfolios.
The company’s current shareholders include:
- Five banks (UBI Banca, Banco Popolare, Banca Popolare dell’Emilia Romagna - tramite EM.RO Popolare di Partecipazioni, Banca Popolare di Sondrio e Banca Popolare di Vicenza) each with a stake of 19.60%;
